When you finish the checkout process by clicking the checkout button, you agree to our website’s terms and conditions. An online order is an offer to purchase items from you that, once accepted, becomes a legally enforceable contract. If your order is refused, you will receive a full refund. The contract shall become binding once we notify you that the items have been sent.
Transactions are processed in pound sterling by default, and orders are only dispatched once the money has been cleared in.
Transactions are processed in US dollars by default, and orders will be shipped only after the money has cleared in our bank account. If the payment takes too long to clear into our bank account, we retain the right to cancel the order.
IF CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK
Although we typically retain sufficient stock, we may occasionally run out of an item for a short period of time. When this happens, we will ship the remainder of your purchase as usual and send the balance as soon as it arrives, at our expense, so you will only ever have to pay one shipping price. If an item is not likely to be back in stock in a short amount of time, we will offer you an alternative or a refund, whichever you want.
RETURNS
If you choose to return the item, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the goods are returned within the first 25 days after purchase. For us to grant you a refund, the returned goods must be in sellable condition. Please keep in mind that edible items cannot be returned for cleanliness and delicacy considerations.
DELIVERY
We guarantee that all things purchased are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. However, delays can occur due to unavoidable and unanticipated circumstances.
Please keep in mind that we will not be held liable for delays that are beyond our control. No responsibility will be taken for third-party acts that cause delays, such as inclement weather, postal strikes, or any other unanticipated reason beyond our regular control.
